Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of cigars as a perishable, tobacco-based product, we do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
However, we will gladly accept returns or offer a resolution in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order arrived damaged or defective
- Items were missing from your order
- You received expired or improperly stored cigars (highly unlikely due to our climate-controlled storage)
To be eligible for a return or resolution:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, unless the issue relates to product damage or shipping error
How to Request a Return or Refund
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us promptly at:

- Full name and order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable) of the item(s) in question
- Whether you prefer a replacement, store credit, or a refund
Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.
Refund Process
Once we approve your return or issue, here’s what happens:
- If returning, you will be provided with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a full or partial refund based on the situation
- Refunds are processed to your original method of payment
- Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account
If you choose store credit or a replacement, it will be arranged immediately after your claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cigars
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products not purchased from our website
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Orders returned after 14 days of delivery
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please notify us right away. All of our shipments are tracked, and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
We will either:
- Reship the affected items, or
- Refund your purchase, based on your preference and item availability
Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need to cancel your order:
- You must contact us before your order is shipped
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified
International Orders
We are proud to offer worldwide delivery and, for most countries, we cover all customs duties and import taxes. However, if a package is returned to us due to import restrictions or an undeliverable address:
- You may be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs, depending on the circumstances
- If the cigars are damaged or not suitable for resale upon return, no refund can be issued
